General Body

The general body of the shareholders own and control FAMCO.

They frame overall policies of FAMCO for the approval of the general body.  The BoD controls overall operations and responsible to the general body.

Executive Committee

The EC supervises the overall administration of FAMCO.

Chief Executive Officer

The CEO has overall coordination of day-to-day administration, passing on payments, coordination of departments and committees, documentation of committee proceedings, consolidated reporting to board and committees.

Various Committees

1. Finance Committee

Deals with finance policies, investment policies, fund inflow and outflow,             budgeting, liquidity & risk management

2. Loan Committee

Loan application scrutiny, sanction, Frame revival of lending policies

3. Educational Training Committee

Responsible for effective trainings to Sales, Marketing and PR the members of             federations, NGOs, panchayat level manuals and guidelines. IEC materials

4. Promotional Committee

Looks after sales, marketing and PR the board, leaders of state, district, union,             training policies

5. Consultancy Group

Microfinance, legal, communication, finance, HR, training and lobbying

Looks after share certificates, transfer, nominees

2. Deposits Department

Savings, thrift deposit, fixed and recurring, investments, maturity

3. Credit Department

Loans to SHGs, loan to repayments, demand notice and repayment schedule.

4. Account & Audit Department

Financial statements, annual reports, profit allocation, filing of returns

5. HR Department

Staff relations, staff skill training, disciplinary action, welfare, statutory compliance

6. Legal Department

Legal action on overdue, court cases, attachment and execution
